booking & purchasing policy

deposits & payments

All projects under $1001 MUST be PAID IN FULL. When paying with Sezzle Payment Plans the client (YOU) should understand the agreements displayed and maintain upkeep through Sezzle. All pre-made designs and websites require full payment. Any modifications or add-ons to pre-made designs may accrue additional charges that require full payment before edits can be made. All courses and sessions require FULL PAYMENT before any materials are emailed or access is granted.

submitting information

Clients who have secured a design slot are required to submit all verbiage, photography, and media content in a timely manner. All content must be submitted in one email containing an editable document. No screenshots are accepted. If the client (YOU) fails to submit content within 5 days after signing agreement / booking services and submitting non-refundable deposit, client will lose their slot. A reinstatement fee and new agreement signature will be required to start service again.

design approvals

Design drafts or concepts will be sent to the client (YOU) via the email address provided in the initial inquiry. If client (YOU) does not respond within 3 business days from the date the draft was sent, the project will be considered approved and/or abandoned. Failure to access email or full inbox will not be considered a valid reason for delay in client(YOUR) response. After 7 business days of no contact, client (YOU) forfeits rights to design. 

design revisions

All projects are given 1 FREE revisions. After receiving initial drafts or concepts any revisions thereafter are $15 per edit round.

refunds

All deposits and payments are finals and non-refundable. If the client (YOU) chooses to abandon or refuse to move forward with design time, payment will serve as a cancellation fee. Fee may NOT be used for future design if client abandons or refuses to move forward with services rendered.

communication

At this time phone and Zoom consultations are solely for Website Development clients and Sessions. All other communications will be held via email to protect the client (YOU) and the designer (Nasia, the Creator) from hearsay. A Paper-trail for records and to avoid miscommunication. Direct messages will not be accepted once the client project has begun procession. Please allow 24-72 hours for all email responses. Direct messages via Instagram or Facebook will not be accepted once design time has begun; email only. 

turn around time

Turn around time for small projects range between 3-22 business days depending on current volume and season. Weekends, holidays and vacations are not included. This timeline does not include the revision rounds. Failure to submit content in full may delay turn around time as well as failure to respond. Nasia, the Creator does not update the client (YOU) on "progress" of a project. Once project or turn around time is complete Nasia, the Creator will reach out immediately.

hours of operation

Hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Closed Sunday, Monday, and Saturday. Additionally closed on ALL nationally recognized major holidays, (New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve./Day) and any scheduled vacation time. Communication will only be held via email or scheduled phone calls during operating hours.

digital downloads

All digital downloads and purchases are final. Please be sure to reference the download description to be sure each component is as needed.

session cancellations

Session payments and costs are 100% non-refundable. Please be sure to send notification of cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled session. Sessions are able to be rescheduled with proper notification. If no notification has been received the client (YOU) will no longer be able to book with Nasia, the Creator.

course cancellations

Course deposits are 100% non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid in full before the client (YOU) gets access to any course materials. The client (YOU) will not be refunded if unable to attend the course. It is 100% the clients (YOUR) responsibility to be sure that your computer system is compatible for running the programs needed before booking any courses. It is the clients (YOUR) responsibility to be sure the date and time selected is able to be committed to. Courses (excluding one on one) do reoccur but cannot be personally rescheduled. 

program costs & fees

Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Cloud fees are not included in the course costs. If the client (YOU) subscribe to anything related to the courses offered the client (YOU) are responsible for those fees and costs. Free Adobe Program downloads found on the internet are subjected to crashing, computer viruses, and more. This is not the responsibility of Nasia, the Creator. The free trial is highly recommended.

digital downloads & premade content

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND PREMADE CONTENT ARE NOT FOR RESELL. Do not purchase premade or digital items with the intent to resell. These items have been developed to be used commercially. eBooks and other informative content should not be reproduced or reshared without the permissions of Nasia, the Creator. Misuse of  digital downloads, premade content, ebooks, and informative content will have immediate action taken against.  

independent clause 

due to the nature of the services being rendered it is necessary that we remain on topic and in a professional headspace. nasia, the creator reserves the right to terminate your project or purchase anytime personal and irrelevant information is shared. please refrain from going into detail about personal issues and situations. It is understood that things happen that could delay project completion, please relay this information in the most professional way possible.
